1. Services and Estimates
Southern Gutters FL provides seamless rain gutter fabrication, installation, cleaning, repair, and gutter protection services for residential properties throughout Miami-Dade County, Florida. Written proposals and estimates are based on visible physical conditions at the time of inspection. Any hidden structural rot, rotted fascia boards behind existing gutters, or deteriorated rafter tails discovered during work will be brought to the homeowner's attention for written authorization prior to repair.
2. Property Access and Safety
The property owner or authorized representative agrees to provide safe, unimpeded access to the property perimeter, roofline, water supply, and driveway for our mobile roll-forming equipment and staging ladders during scheduled work hours. Pets and vehicles should be secured away from working zones.
3. Florida Building Code and Weather Conditions
All installations are performed in accordance with applicable Florida Building Code provisions, including High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) attachment methods where required. Gutter work is subject to safe weather conditions; installations and roof work may be rescheduled in the event of tropical storms, high winds, heavy lightning, or severe rain.
4. Limitation of Liability
Southern Gutters FL will exercise professional care during all operations. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to roofs, landscaping, cracked aged concrete tiles, or underlying rot hidden behind pre-existing fixtures prior to our arrival.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved within Miami-Dade County, Florida.
